Swd Production

We produce independently high-quality lubricants for almost every field of application. With one of Germany’s most modern logistic centres for hazardous materials as well as an ultramodern fleet of vehicles which are suitable for all specific demands we can fill our customers’ requirements in the best possible way.

The Swd-Rheinol production base area is about 52,000 square meters, all equiped highly modern filling plants complying with German highest standards. Swd has a production capacity of 80.000 tons of lubricants per year, this makes Swd one of the largest independent producer of lubricants in Germany. 

- 93 tanks of 6 m³ to 1.500 m³ with a total capacity of 9.000 m³
- 14 blender of 1 to 40 m³
- 12 mixing tanks of 150 to 250 m³
- 12 automatic and semi-automatic filling lines, for the filling of 0,25 L bottles up to 1.000 L containers
- 2 x 50-tons weighbridges for the loading of tank trucks
